Machinery is used in many aspects of life to perform work and provide the creature comforts we all enjoy. It is imperative for maximum equipment uptime that the machinery operates reliably, which means proper lubricant selection is of utmost importance. In this webinar, find out how a combination of variables are used to optimize lubricant selection. The four-tier “LETS” approach helps to bridge the gap between the OEM recommendation under perfect operating conditions and what is the reality for the end user. Determining load, environment, temperature and speed (LETS) can set up the end user for success as it requires a holistic approach in selecting the correct lubricant. To illustrate this, we will go over a few case studies detailing how lubricant professionals go about making proper lubricant recommendations.
